Thoughts on Love, Life & Past Lives

I'm thinking really that we All just want to be loved....and how hard can that be?  For some of us being alone is a sad thing, but for others of us it is a good thing....for it's not about being lonely it's about being alone & in comfort with ourselves.

I am alone, for the most part I am more than comfortable being with myself, yet there are times I truly desire male companionship of one man in particular.  But it is plainly clear that "That Man" (as I refer to him to Creator) is "Just not into me", even though when we are together we have a smashingly good & loving time......  So this brings me to those thoughts that I have been mulling over the past several days:

What if, I'm here only to make amends for my actions in my past lives? How sad would that be?  I have had several less than happy relationships, which now roll off my back, like water on a duck...but during those moments within those relationships not all was happy.  When I sat in meditation of those relationships I have seen "movies" of past lives where I have purposely done damage to those men who were at present time less than loving towards me.  And I can honestly say that at times I laughed and said; "Oh that's why!"  I'm sure acting as Lucrezia Borgia was no laughing matter, but for some reason I find it a bit humorous....go figure.

So as I amble along in this life, I come to where I am now, with having had my soul make amends....and I'd say for the most part I'll call it being even, tit-for-tat...  Yet this most current relationship that has gone on & off for the past eight (8) years, but began with a gift of feathers almost fifteen (15) years ago, I don't want to call it even & forget about.   This is the one that has been intertwined with a few of the others and it is the one that has my heart dazed & confused.

So back log ago, in another time and in another place....back when they punished women of power, Jews, & heretics by torture & death, there I was a free & unencumbered by matrimony, a woman of power.  There are two distinct men I recall, but the one that hurt me the most is the one I am telling about now.  I only remember being tied to a stake surrounded by bundles of faggots (look it up) and watching as he sadly gazed at me while his "friends" lit the fire.  I remember the sadness and not comprehending why this should be happening when I could still feel the love between us..... As then another man in chain mail on a horse came to my rescue and took me away to safety....but that was another man with another story, maybe for another time.

In an other time, in an other place and an other life...maybe back in the 1700's (this is an estimation, for I only have a vision of this and a calendar that I am unable in this time to decipher)...in the time of Great Plumed Warriors, Serpents, Gods, Pyramids, & Temples.....we were there again with roles reversed.  Great Warrior woman was I, he my willing love, led into the temple, made love to upon the altar, conceiving twins and cutting his heart out as an offering to the Gods.....

Which brings us to current times.....where I once again have had a vision, one of Ptesan Win, an otter cannunpa & "That Man" & myself. Accepting the gift and being told that this would be the hardest thing that I would ever do in my life.....and now being at a loss as we are apart from his choosing.

No doubt, I pray, vision, seek answers, go out to that land and sit & offer up that tobacco..... In this time of the full-moon I once again ceremony, sit in that sacred circle,  requesting; answers, knowledge & the wisdom to know how to continue with that gift.....

I am not seeking matrimony, I am not seeking cohabitation, there are things I must complete here in this City....but the quality time we once spent together is what I am missing and making the sadness & heaviness of my heart.  No matter that I should continue to reach out, there is only my empty arms.

Truly I am at a loss.....

An E-mail From the President: Yes, Virginia: There IS Hope

Dear Friend:
Thank you for writing to me about the BP oil
spill. I will stand with the people of the
Gulf Coast until they are made whole,
and I appreciate your perspective as we
continue to do everything we can to
address this crisis.

The Gulf is one of the richest and most
beautiful ecosystems on the planet. For
centuries, its residents have enjoyed
and made a living off the fish that swim
in its waters and the wildlife that inhabit
its shores. The Gulf is also the heartbeat
of the region's economic life, and this oil
spill has upended whole communities.

My Administration will continue to
leverage every resource at our disposal
to protect coastlines, to clean up the oil
, to hold BP and other companies
accountable for damages, to begin
to restore the bounty and beauty of
this region, and to aid the hardworking
people of the Gulf as they rebuild their
businesses and communities. For
information about response efforts,
available assistance, or how to help,
please visit:
www.WhiteHouse.gov/deepwater-bp-oil-spill.
Individuals affected by the BP oil spill
can also find resources by calling the
United States Coast Guard at
1-800-280-7118, and small businesses
can find support by calling 1-800-659-2955.

Thank you again for contacting me. I
encourage you to visit WhiteHouse.gov
to learn more about my Administration
or to contact me in the future.

A Win for the Endangered Sea Turtles

Dear Auntie Nanuuq,

Victory for Gulf Sea Turtles
I'm happy to report that there's finally a glimmer of good news for wildlife in the Gulf of Mexico.

Today, in response to heavy public criticism and facing a lawsuit from the Center for Biological Diversity and our partners, BP and the U.S. Coast Guard backed down and agreed to stop letting endangered sea turtles be burned alive during surface-oil cleanup operations.

This is a major stride in protecting these important, rare animals, including the highly endangered Kemp's ridley -- already under assault from the millions of gallons of toxic oil gushing into its marine and coastal environment.

Today's big announcement came just moments before a court hearing in New Orleans on our lawsuit brought with Turtle Island Restoration Network, Animal Welfare Institute and Animal Legal Defense Team. We're being represented in the suit by Meyer Gliztenstein & Crystal of Washington, D.C. The lawsuit seeks a temporary restraining order on oil-burning activities.

And it comes after your support earlier this week when we turned the public spotlight on BP by hand-delivering tens of thousands of petition signatures to the oil company, calling for an end to this gruesome practice. It means so much to be able to count on you when it's needed most for the imperiled plants, animals and wild spaces we work to protect. Thank you.

But it's not over yet. We'll need your continued help in supporting efforts to hold BP and the government accountable -- not only to safeguard sea turtles but to ensure that this mess is properly cleaned up and that a similar offshore drilling disaster never happens again.

Thanks again for your help in protecting endangered sea turtles in the Gulf, and I hope you share in this victory as you head into the holiday weekend.

Sincerely,
KierĂ¡n Suckling
Executive Director
Center for Biological Diversity

P.S. Here's more on this breaking news from The Washington Post.

Settlement Reached on Guarding Against Burning Deaths of Sea Turtles in Gulf
The Washington Post // July 2, 2010
by Juliet Eilperin

The Coast Guard and BP reached a settlement Friday with environmental groups over the issue of how best to guard against accidentally killing endangered sea turtles during controlled burns in the Gulf of Mexico aimed at curbing the oil spill's spread.

Three environmental groups -- the Center for Biological Diversity, the Turtle Island Restoration Network and the Animal Defense League -- had sued in federal court in New Orleans on Wednesday, charging that oil spill responders had taken inadequate precautions while conducting the controlled burns. While activists have not found charred remains of endangered Kemp's Ridley or other sea turtles in the region, they argued the animals are at risk because they tend to congregate in sargassum, seagrasses that burn crews frequently target.

Under the settlement, the two sides have agreed the Coast Guard will soon convene a group of scientists to determine how best to ensure that no endangered sea turtles die during controlled burns. The environmental groups will have input into assembling the group of experts, and the protocol scientists devise will be put on a fast track for public comment so it can be finalized quickly.

"Sea turtles are already suffering catastrophically from the oil spill and it would be outrageous to add insult to injury by burning them alive in the spill cleanup effort," said the Center for Biological Diversity's executive director Kieran Suckling in an interview. "It's a no-brainer to put sea turtle observers on the cleanup boasts and whisk the turtles out of the oil pools before they're set on fire."

No burning will take place in the gulf before Tuesday, because of poor weather conditions, and by then BP and the Coast Guard must inform the environmental groups whether they are prepared to put scientific observers on every burn boat to identify and remove all turtles before any burns resume.

If they can not make that assurance, Suckling said, the plaintiffs "will be back" in court challenging the controlled burns.

Neither the Coast Guard nor BP could be immediately reached for comment.

Lest We Forget....

C D B? (Old joke).....I'm trying to be "Amusing".

So, then as I see it, we are in the position
that we need to speak for those who are
unable to be heard.  I say this because I once
mistakenly thought that our non-two-legged
relatives were "those who are unable
to speak for themselves"....but see that's not
true, they can, will and do speak for themselves,
but us two-leggeds are making so much noise that we are usually unable/unwilling to hear/listen to what they are telling us.  I know for myself, personally, I still hear them & I listen and I do my best to be of service to them.

I basically don't give a fig for the two-leggeds, our heads are so stuck that I'm thinking it might be too late for us...the greed, the self-absorption, the active ignorance (call it stoopidity), the short sightedness/tunnel vision....The MEMEs. and refusal to take responsibility for anything that does not self gratify.

I mean just look at the trash on the roads, in the parking lots...even @ the Library I work in (an Upper Class Neighborhood)...there is trash all over.  Look at the abandoned animals, children, adults....  Look at the poisons we happily, willingly, purposely consume.....it's no wonder we are sick.

Example..... kidney & liver disease but you Never drink water.....you only ever drink Diet Soda & coffee....so what do you think is going on there?  Is your body trying to tell you something?   You're obese & have diabetes but you insist on Diet Soda (for breakfast even), and you live on junk & fast foods....so what the Hell do you think?

Come on folks...these things are "non-brainers".....You don't have to be a super model in a high fashion magazine, or a celebrity, or in People magazine to be happy.  You need to find balance, get over your childhood (it's called Therapy),  be One with Creator & assimilate into a more natural (Green/Healthy) lifestyle.

Yeah...that's the ticket!   Get a healthy, balanced life or your gonna end up getting off the planet sooner than you expected (which could be a good thing).

So...here's something more to ponder on:

Elder's Meditation of the Day - June 29
"We forget so we consider ourselves superior. But we are, after all, a mere part of the creation and we must consider to understand where we are and we stand somewhere between the mountain and the Ant. Somewhere and only there is a part and parcel of the creation."
--Chief Oren Lyons, ONONDAGA
Every human being gathers information from the center of a circle. If we are not careful, we soon think we are the center of all things. Therefore, it is easy to become self centered. Once we become self centered we start to think we are above all things and therefore superior. But we are really only one part of a great whole. The universe is all connected. Each part is here to do something special and according to its design. We are here to honor and respect the job of each part. We are neither above nor below anything. We need not be ruler over anything, we need only to live in honor and harmony with the system.

Elder's Meditation of the Day - June 2
"The Natural Law is the final and absolute authority governing E Te No Ha, the earth we call our Mother."
--Traditional Circle of Elders
There is no power greater than the Natural Laws. These powers were set up by the Great Spirit in such a way that the human being has no access to it, except by obeying. If we choose not to follow the Natural Laws, our live will be filled with confusion, tension, anxiety and stress. If we poison the Earth, we poison ourselves. If we poison the Water of the Earth, we poison ourselves. As we do to the Earth, we do to ourselves and our children, even the children unborn. May we think about this today and ask ourselves, "Are we holding and acting toward the Mother Earth in a good way?"
Great Spirit, teach me the Natural Laws that govern the Earth

So It's LIke This.....

California has a Clean Air Act (CAA), which became law in 1988.... The CAA regulates what can & cannot be spewed in our air.  The law is enforced by California Air Resources Board (CARB) and the Air Quality Management Department (AQMD).

The CAA, is more stringent than its Federal EPA counterpart....

Now here's some things to ponder:

The CAA is being threatened by Valero/Tesoro Oil Company.  They have a processing plant in Wilmington, CA (that's close to LAX) and they have been cited many times recently for unclean emissions (those over the legal limit of pollutants) that they purposefully spew into the air.  The CEO of Valero, some cowboy in TX, has proposed a ballot initiative for this coming November's 2010 election.  This initiative would in effect ameliorate the CAA as we know it and allow Valero/Tesoro to spew as much toxic waste into our air as they so desire.

When the CEO of Valero/Tesoro was approached about this, his comment was to the effect of: "I have a business to run and profits to make...which is more important that the air quality in CA."

More information can be found on this @ CREEDO.

So, then I have another thought (you didn't really believe me to be finished)....  When I consider the CAA, I wonder where the use of chemtrails fits in.  Chemtrails (NOT to be confused with contrails) are a form of toxic weather modification emissions spewed above many states including but not limited to: CA, UT, NV, & AZ.

"What's the difference between a jet contrail and a chemtrail? According to the U.S. Air Force, jet contrails form above 33,000 feet when hot engine exhaust momentarily condenses ice crystals into pencil-thin vapor trails that quickly vanish like the wake behind a boat.

Chemtrails (CTs) look like contrails initially, but are much thicker, extend across the sky and are often laid down in varying patterns of Xs, tick-tack-toe grids, cross-hatched and parallel lines. Instead of quickly dissipating, chemtrails expand and drip feathers and mare s tails. In 30 minutes or less, they open into wispy formations which join together, forming a thin white veil or a "fake cirrus-type cloud" that persists for hours."
http:rense.com/general4/fre.htm

Chemtrails can consist of a combination of toxins in aerosol form:
Laboratory examination of those chemicals found that they were manufacturing wastes from military industry and biowarfare substances. In several laboratory analyses, the composition of chemtrails was revealed:
1. Aluminum barium
2. Aluminum Oxide
3. Bacilli and Molds

4. Pseudomonas Aeruginosa
5. Pseudomonas Florescens
6. Bacilli Amyloliquefaciens
7. Streptomyces
8. Enterobacteriaceae
9. Serratia Marcscens
10. Human white Blood Cells-A restrictor enzyme used in research labs to snip and combine DNA
11. Enterobacter Cloacal
12. Other Bacilli and other toxic molds capable of producing heart disease and meningitis as well as acute upper respiratory and gastrointestinal distress.
13. Carcinogen Zinc Cadmium Sulfide.

In the past year the use of Chemtrails over the Angeles National Forest have more than doubled.  The County of Los Angeles BOS has approved the use of "weather modification" methods and has a publication housed at its Libraries explaining & defending the use of these poisons in the air. You can view the PDF document @:
dpw.lacounty.gov/wrd/cloudseeding/cloud_seeding_draft_mnd_final.pdf

What I want to know is why the state of CA allows the spewing of chemtrails but prohibits other noxious & toxic air pollutants?

I want to know why, when I e-mail Brad Sherman, Barbara Boxer, or Diane Feinstein, and/or the national "clean planet" organizations that I support in regards to chemtrails I am ignored?

How is it that it's not okay for Valero/Tesoro, our vehicles, & local industries to produce air pollutants, but it's acceptable for the chemtrail planes to do so?

Huh?

It's not permissible....and if you give a damn about your childrens' children, our non-two-legged relations, and the general health & well being of our planet...then you know this has to stop.....  And, in order for it to stop you have to raise your voice and be heard.  Take the time, make the call, write the letter, send the fax or e-mail:

Stop BP?ARCO From Burning Sea Turtles Alive

Burned Alive - Help Stop BP from Torching Endangered Sea Turtles

Bookmark and
Share
Endangered sea turtles are being burned alive as part of BP's careless oil spill cleanup efforts.

This is unacceptable. These rare, important turtles are becoming trapped in the oily surface of the Gulf and then torched by cleanup crews in "controlled burns" of corralled oil -- any wildlife caught inside the corral are literally burned alive.

And it's illegal: As protected species under the Endangered Species Act, anyone responsible for killing a Kemp's Ridley sea turtle -- the turtle most affected by the Gulf oil disaster -- is liable for criminal penalties including prison time and civil fines of up to $25,000 for each violation.

As reported in The New York Times, the oil cleanup crew's "so-called burn boxes are torching oil from the water's surface at the sacrifice of turtles, crabs, sea slugs and other sea life."

Take action below right now and send this to all your friends. Tell BP to stop torching endangered sea turtles. The turtles should not be burned alive in the process of cleaning up the oil spill that's already destroying their habitat. We can stop it and get the turtles out of harm’s way with your help.
