The saying is: "We will Not Heal until, the pain of staying the same is Greater than the pain of healing/changing."
So then we must ask ourselves: "Am I tired of being sick & tired?"
If we are then the next questions we ask are: "Do you actually want to heal?" " Do I Believe that healing is a reality?" "Am I willing to do the work involved in healing?"
From there we must proceed to research our options & available resources for healing.
Personally, I look at the teachings of Louise Hay & Dr. Andrew Weil. Their healing affirmations & meditations
have made a huge difference in my life.
Loving and respecting ourselves is what keeps us healthy and living a balanced life.
Our mind is a very powerful tool, we must use it for positive thoughts.... If we believe we are not good enough, the universe will accept that and give us a life which proves and reaffirms that belief.
Our thoughts have power.....especially the negative ones, so be very careful what you think/believe, it could mean your health.
