DO NOT LIE ABOUT ME!

My former manager is a Freaking LIAR!  

He's been badmouthing me now that I'm gone and lying that I: didn't give him a copy of the staff schedule, that the staff didn't have a copy of their schedule, that the way I scheduled was against policy, and that he had "No idea" what I was doing......... 

Let me tell you, I've ALWAYS gotten Advanced Approval from His Manager for my staff schedules; I have ALWAYS given both the staff & his sorry ass a copy of the schedules as well.......  I schedule for the Needs of the Library, not to "make friends"....  I was Never Short Staffed, unless I was there to cover or someone called in sick.


I covered this man's feeble ass for over 3 years....... And before I left, I made sure that Everything was in order and all the Fiscal responsibility reports for 2014-2015 we updated & completed. 

So because he is afraid to step up to the plate and protect the staff from the DSM-IV/V diagnosed PSYCHOPATH he supposedly "supervises/manages", everyone is sacrificed on the altar of insanity and suffers.

If you are so AFRAID of ONE staff member & paralyzed w/ fear that you are unable to do your job and you Have to LIE About Others in order to cover your sorry ass..... It Is Time To STEP DOWN!
