Workers' Compensation Fraud

Just a reminder:

Worker's Compensation Fraud (WCF) is punishable by loss of employment, paying back all time, medical bills, & equipment given.....

When you know that someone is committing WCF, you are LEGALLY responsible for reporting that WCF to your supervisor......

Should your supervisor ignore the WCF, you need to report it to their Supervisor(s)... and when they tell you: "There is nothing we can do", they are LYING and avoiding something.....

The next LEGAL step is to report the WCF to both the Fraud Squad & WC Insurance Company.... You have the right to remain anonymous..... Just be very sure you have proof (photos) as well as documentation.

Believe me when I tell you that the WC Insurance Company takes Fraud VERY VERY Seriously and will act.........

What happens next? The shit hits the proverbial fan and people are taken down, reprimanded, transferred, & possibly lose their employment.

So Sad, Too Bad.......
