Last week Senator Senator Mitch McConnell sent a letter to all 50 governors urging them not to comply with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Clean Power Plan.
For a man who consistently campaigns for increased states' rights, he sure looks like someone who does not trust them to make decisions that would best protect their citizens from #climate chaos.
