Three people are dead after a terrorist invaded a Planned Parenthood clinic in Colorado and held patients and staff hostage for five hours. After turning himself in, the killer ranted against Planned Parenthood to police.
This is the sixth terrorist attack on Planned Parenthood since July. Local officials are investigating--but these are acts of domestic terrorism and require the resources of the Department of Justice. The Justice Department just actually created a Domestic Terrorism division for cases exactly like this. That's why we're joining our friends at NARAL Pro-Choice America to demand the Justice Department open a domestic terrorism investigation. Will you sign the petition?

A World Gone INSANE!
Dear Health Nuts who I love so much
Isn't it ironic that WE are the nuts for wanting to eat foods NOT sprayed with pesticides, not genetically modified (is it too much to not want to eat genetically engineered frankenfood?!)
We want to avoid drugs if at all possible, we want to avoid radiation at the airport (please opt out ok?) we might even want to use herbs (gasp!) essential oils (oh no!) and ancient Asian medicine passed down for countless generations with success and scientific proof it works!
We think of fast food as a piece of organic fruit, we enjoy the gym or some Yoga or Pilates, we don't want dangerous chemicals in our shampoos and don't want to buy them from DRUG companies (think Johnson & Johnson << I hope you've read about their products)
We want clean FILTERED water for our kids, we don't want to drink fluoride, we look at the INGREDIENTS in our food and want real food, but ya we're the radical quack health nuts.. Go figure.
Totally insane#worldGoneNuts

There was ANOTHER violent attack on a Planned Parenthood clinic.
The latest attack was in Claremont, New Hampshire, where someone broke into a Planned Parenthood health center and used a hatchet to destroy equipment and exam rooms, and break water and sewer lines, flooding the entire center.2
This is the fifth terrorist attack on Planned Parenthood since July--and the mainstream media have mostly ignored them.3 Local officials are investigating--but these are acts of domestic terrorism and require the resources of the Department of Justice. One week ago, the Justice Department actually created a Domestic Terrorism division for cases exactly like this.4 That's why we're joining our friends at NARAL Pro-Choice America to demand the Justice Department open a domestic terrorism investigation. Will you sign the petition?
Tell the Justice Department: Open a domestic terrorism investigation into the violent attacks at Planned Parenthood clinics.

Two weeks ago, someone vandalized the Claremont Planned Parenthood health center--spray-painting it with hate speech.5 Then, Wednesday night, this second attack occurred, which forced the clinic to close temporarily. It's the only Planned Parenthood clinic in this rural area, and the clinic's closure is cutting off access to countless women in need of health services. This comes after four arsons at clinics across the U.S., one in California, Washington, Illinois, and Louisiana.6 The violent attacks against Planned Parenthood must be stopped before another clinic is forced to shut its doors.
Anti-abortion violence has a long history in this country, and it turns deadly. In fact, the co-founder of the organization that released the doctored anti-abortion Planned Parenthood videos is linked to violent militants like Operation Rescue, the group associated with the murder of abortion provider Dr. George Tiller.7
The good news is that the Department of Justice can choose to combat these attacks. The attacks on Planned Parenthood health centers are acts of terrorism, and if the Justice Department takes action, it can deter future attacks. If we all stand up together with our friends at NARAL, we can make sure the Justice Department listens.
Tell the DOJ: Investigate the terrorist attacks on Planned Parenthood
Tell the Department of Justice:
"Open a domestic terrorism investigation into the violent attacks at Planned Parenthood clinics."
Thanks for standing up.

Democratic Primary Over?
Dem primary over? Hillary snubs MoveOn.org
POSTED AT 9:01 AM ON NOVEMBER 25, 2015 BY ED MORRISSEY
In the beginning of the year, Hillary Clinton had to stave off challenges, real and potential, from her Left. Bernie Sanders jumps in the race? Hillary becomes even more progressive than the Socialist from Vermont. Elizabeth Warren considers tossing her hat in the ring? Hillary becomes the Occupy in Occupy Wall Street, despite the Clintons having accepted more than $35 million in speaking fees from the financial industry over the past 14 years. Team Hillary couldn’t pander enough to progressives over the past several months, as long as they felt threatened by those challenges.
Now that Hillary looks like she can cruise to the nomination, all of a sudden progressive groups can’t get on her busy schedule. And not just any progressive group, mind you, but the one that originally formed to defend her husband:
Hillary Clinton declined to participate in a virtual presidential candidates’ forum hosted by MoveOn.org, snubbing one of the largest progressive groups that claims 8 million members. All three Democratic candidates were invited to participate in the forum, which involved the candidates answering questions submitted by MoveOn members via video, but only Sen. Bernie Sanders and former Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley agreed. Video of their answers was released Tuesday afternoon.“It’s a shame that Secretary Clinton declined to participate in the MoveOn member forum,” said Anna Galland, the executive director of MoveOn.org Civic Action, in a statement to MSNBC. “She missed an opportunity to speak directly to and energize the progressive base she’ll need in her corner not just to win the nomination but also the general election, if she is the party’s nominee.”
Team Hillary still remembers that MoveOn.org endorsed Barack Obama in 2007, fueling his prodigious fundraising in his challenge to Hillary Coronation 1.0. This time around, Hillary’s campaign has locked up much of the establishment donor base, so perhaps they’re less concerned that MoveOn’s fundraising will go to Sanders or O’Malley. At the time, as MSNBC notes, Hillary ripped MoveOn as a fringe group:
“Moveon.org endorsed [Sen. Barack Obama] — which is like a gusher of money that never seems to slow down,” Clinton said to a meeting of donors. “We have been less successful in caucuses because it brings out the activist base of the Democratic Party. MoveOn didn’t even want us to go into Afghanistan. I mean, that’s what we’re dealing with. And you know they turn out in great numbers. And they are very driven by their view of our positions, and it’s primarily national security and foreign policy that drives them. I don’t agree with them. They know I don’t agree with them. So they flood into these caucuses and dominate them and really intimidate people who actually show up to support me.”
So yes, there’s not exactly much friendliness between Hillary and MoveOn, but at least the latter seemed open to letting bygones be bygones. Furthermore, Hillary explicitly ran in 2007-8 as an establishment Democrat, promising a return of the cut-rate Camelot into which her sycophants attempted to build the Clinton presidency. MoveOn didn’t move away from Hillary as much as Hillary moved away from MoveOn, and the progressive group could hardly be faulted for picking the Leftist in the 2008 Democratic primary.
Why not, then, throw the group a sop in order to smooth over the hurt feelings? After all, they defended the Clintons when they most needed political support; they even took their name from their argument that people should “move on” from the Lewinsky affair — and the perjury and obstruction of justice committed by the President of the United States afterward, natch. Surely that track record should have merited a one-off appearance at their forum, especially since her absence would be all the more provocative considering the presence of Sanders and O’Malley.
Instead, Hillary made it clear that the price for crossing a Clinton is a lifetime of retribution. Perhaps some of her followers should think carefully about that … and there’s little doubt that this is exactly what the Clintons want them to do.
Hillary Snubs Progressives....
Via:Patrick Walker:
For everyone who’s unaware, Hillary Clinton just thumbed her nose in the face of progressives. Despite MoveOn being the nation’s largest progressive organization, Clinton refused to participate in their online forum, after months of hard-core pandering to progressives. The only sensible conclusion is the one drawn in the attached article: Clinton feels her political machine has strong-armed enough endorsers and superdelegates that she has the election in the bag, so it’s time to show her REAL attitude toward progressives. In Rahm Emanuel’s incisive if unspeakably crude words: that we’re “fucking retards.”
And progressives ARE, if we trust Clinton’s lying words and can’t read her contradictory actions. Clearly, she’s not even waiting for the election to “triangulate” us progressives. Assuming all we require is coddling words—as if we were infants with IQs comparable to our age—Clinton has ALREADY shown her triangulating intent: she’s spoken against TPP while categorically refusing to actually lobby against it and, despite saying she “takes a back seat to no one” as a progressive, she just delivered one of the most hawkish speeches imaginable to the Council on Foreign Relations. If progressives AREN’T “fucking retards,” we must take Clinton’s snub of MoveOn’s online forum as Clinton’s DEFINTIVE expression of contempt for all we stand for.
The problem is, we have NO real alternative to Clinton in the Democratic Party: wonderful as Bernie Sanders is, he’s an UNWANTED outsider whom even the most progressive Dems have rudely cold-shouldered. Outside of Congressmen Raul Grijalva and Keith Ellison—two ultra-courageous exceptions—ZERO Democrats have dared risk the Clintons’ vengeful wrath (well documented in the “Hot Air” article) by endorsing Bernie, not even fabled “bold progressives” Elizabeth Warren and Alan Grayson. Clearly today’s Democratic Party is Hillary Clinton’s party—and it’s a “party” to which Sanders-supporting progressives are NOT invited.
With Clinton so blatantly contemptuous of progressives—and with spineless “progressive” Dems rushing to board the Clinton bandwagon—progressives must make support for Bernie Sanders Democrats’ last chance. That such an anti-progressive as Clinton can dominate the Democratic Party should tell progressives we have no home there. That’s why I support the #BernieOrBust pledge—and in its most radical reading: that if Bernie’s not nominated, his supporters should vote GREEN. Here’s the article that was my last straw:

The TRUE Story of "Thanksgiving"

The Real Story of thanksgiving by Susan Bates
The Real Story of "thanksgiving" By Susan Bates
The REAL story doesn't have quite the same fuzzy feelings associated with it as the one where the Indians and Pilgrims are all sitting down together at the big feast. We ALL need to learn the painful history of "thanksgiving" so we do not live in lies. A. Lincoln proclaimed a day of "thanksgiving" in 1863. The federal government declared the last Thursday in November as the legal holiday of Thanksgiving in 1898.
However, the meaning of "thanksgiving" for Native Americans is filled with painful history which has been covered up with the Pilgrims and Indians story...
Most of us associate the holiday with happy Pilgrims and Indians sitting down to a big feast. And that did happen - once. The story began in 1614 when a band of English explorers sailed home to England with a ship full of Patuxet Indians bound for slavery. They left behind smallpox which virtually wiped out those who had escaped. By the time the Pilgrims arrived in Massachusetts Bay they found only one living Patuxet Indian, a man named Squanto who had survived slavery in England and knew their language.
He taught them to grow corn and to fish, and negotiated a peace treaty between the Pilgrims and the Wampanoag Nation. At the end of their first year, the Pilgrims held a great feast honoring Squanto and the Wampanoags. But as word spread in England about the paradise to be found in the new world, religious zealots called Puritans began arriving by the boat load. Finding no fences around the land, they considered it to be in the public domain. Joined by other British settlers, they seized land, capturing strong young Natives for slaves and killing the rest. But the Pequot Nation had not agreed to the peace treaty Squanto had negotiated and they fought back.
The Real Story of "thanksgiving" By Susan Bates
The Pequot War was one of the bloodiest Indian wars ever fought. In 1637 near present day Groton, Connecticut, over 700 men, women and children of the Pequot Tribe had gathered for their annual Green Corn Festival which is our Thanksgiving celebration. In the predawn hours the sleeping Indians were surrounded by English and Dutch mercenaries who ordered them to come outside. Those who came out were shot or clubbed to death while the terrified women and children who huddled inside the longhouse were burned alive.
The next day, John Winthrop (1588-1649), the governor of the Massachusetts Bay Colony declared "A Day Of Thanksgiving" because 700 unarmed men, women and children had been murdered. Cheered by their "victory", the brave colonists and their Indian allies attacked village after village. Women and children over 14 were sold into slavery while the rest were murdered. Boats loaded with a many as 500 slaves regularly left the ports of New England. Bounties were paid for Indian scalps to encourage as many deaths as possible. Following an especially successful raid against the Pequot in what is now Stamford, Connecticut, the churches announced a second day of "thanksgiving" to celebrate victory over the heathen savages.
During the feasting, the hacked off heads of Natives were kicked through the streets like soccer balls. Even the friendly Wampanoag did not escape the madness. Their chief was beheaded, and his head impaled on a pole in Plymouth, Massachusetts -- where it remained on display for 24 years. The killings became more and more frenzied, with days of thanksgiving feasts being held after each successful massacre. George Washington finally suggested that only one day of Thanksgiving per year be set aside instead of celebrating each and every massacre. Later Abraham Lincoln decreed Thanksgiving Day to be a legal national holiday during the Civil War -- on the same day he ordered troops to march against the starving Sioux in Minnesota. This story doesn't have quite the same fuzzy feelings associated with it as the one where the Indians and Pilgrims are all sitting down together at the big feast. But we need to learn our true history so it won't ever be repeated.
Next Thanksgiving, when you gather with your loved ones to Thank God for all your blessings, think about those people who only wanted to live their lives and raise their families. They, also took time out to say "thank you" to Creator for all their blessings.
