I was thinking about the 355 mass shootings here in the u.s. over the past 336 days, by non-muslims.
The news refuses to call these white male christian (mostly right-wing) assholes "terrorists".....
But "Terrorists" are Exactly What They Are..... and it stems from White Supremacy, Hatred, & STUPIDITY which is being cultivated & fanned by the fanatical GOP candidates as well as Southern Democrats.
It sickens me that our GOP legislators & candidates incite and condone this type of hatred & violence, then have the chutzpah to deny responsibility for their words.
But we should never forget that this country was founded on prejudice, intolerance & hatred. History shows that the original Terrorists in this country were the white christian settlers, who perpetrated acts of violence, murder & terror against the First Peoples.
It is inherent in our history and is still being condoned today.
