#Fracking has also removed 60K Wild Horses and Burros from their legally mandated lands, and now sit in dirt lots, separated by sex (these are social animals) and are now at risk to be shipped to slaughter.
We need to address this issue before an Amendment into the 2017 Budget will allow them to be sold to the States' which means they will lose their protected status under the Wild Horse and Burro laws of 1971.
