A-Musing: Armageddon & the End of the World

I remember back in high school, all the "Jesus Freaks" yammering on & on & on ad nauseum about Revelations and the End of the World.



Seriously, I never thought I'd be alive to see any of that prophecy come to fruition, well not in my life time...

As I became (very much) older, I met & spent time with several Native American Wicasa Wakan (Holy Men, although they would tell you they were nothing of the sort). Needless to say every now and again, they would tell me something about these events that are now taking place.  

Now these guys were not into "worshiping" no white man's god nor did they believe in heaven or hell.  Reason being, is it was widely known, by ways of traditional teaching, that there was no heaven or hell; and the "Real" world was the Spirit World, where one would go upon shedding their human envelope.  There upon entering the Spirit World, one would either be allowed to stay or one would be sent back to do whatever it was they failed to originally do.  So it was that way.

As for Yeshua ben Yosef ("jesus").... he was a Jew. Period.  If we believe what is historically & factually known about him: He studied in the temple w/ the "Learned" men; and he believed, practiced, and taught the Jewish "religion"...  So again that made him? A Rabbi!

Being a Rabbi is not the same thing as being "christian"......

In fact, Yeshua ben Yosef would have believed in the 10 Laws of the Jews: 10 Commandments... especially Exodus 20:4, which states: ".....“You shall not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God,..."

That being said, I'm going to say that Yeshua would not have named himself God, Lord, God's son, Messiah or for that matter anything else that would ever be considered: "any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath" that would encourage anyone to "bow down to them (him) nor serve them (him)", because that would have pissed God off.

According to "history": Yeshua became a "god" with the advent of "christianity" at the hand of Paul of Tarsus, who formed this religion no less than 40 years after Yeshua died (and so had all of his followers, who also happened to be Jewish), which means that not only was Paul (formerly Saul) not an apostle, but that he would never have met Yeshua, let alone have spent time with him.

Where am I going with this?  I want to make it perfectly clear that Yeshua ben Yosef, was not ever a "Christian".....  Which therefore makes "christianity" (again Exodus 20:4) an idol based religion....

Moving right along, I'm going to bypass all of the hundreds/thousands of years of persecutions & genocides perpetrated upon others by "christians" and skip to today's current events....  Namely Armageddon, WW III, and what might be conceived to be the "End of the World".... which is being brought to us by a so called "christian" country & government
