FRACKING = DROUGHT

Good old Jerry Brown (notice his name isn't GREEN)....  Allows fracking in our beautiful BLUE State of California....

Fracking uses up to 3 Million Gallons of water per well fracked.  THREE (3) MILLION!
What the hell is that about?  He refuses to ban fracking, in fact the law he did sign is very lax and still allows for fracking....  What is it going to take for him to wake up and save our environment?
