"An error does not become truth by reason of multiplied propagation, nor does truth become error because nobody sees it."
This man that once led the richest African country, the largest oil producer in Africa, who had an aspiration to create one African currency backed by gold, and a dream to liberate Africa from economic slavery, was left to be killed in the street by the same radicals he once held in prisons.
These extremist men were empowered by countries once thought by the Colonel to be his allies. But, his move to create this gold-backed currency, which would mean to cease selling his oil in US dollars, was too much of a threat to the central banking and the global monetary system we currently use.
Libya is now a failed state, a source of radical Islamism as well as desperate refugees that flee into Europe and the rest of the world. The Western media has always ignored the root cause of these problems and instead justified the US/NATO-led regime change with unjustified claims. Colonel Gaddafi is not alone.
In the year 2000, a 'less-noble' but even more well-known man made the same move: he dropped the US dollar and began to sell his oil in euros. The next year was 9/11 and by 2003 his country was invaded under false justification; He was dead another 3 years later.
We all know who he is.
Today, the new villains are China and Russia; you do the math.
