Crumbling Infrastructure, Blasting & Bala Falls

Bala Falls breakdown in infrastructure, this is the join on the bridge on #169 .

This is a District of Muskoka Road and within a stones throw from planned drilling and blasting by Power project. 

It is breaking up and loose concrete chunks are breaking off.
