This is so very spot on......
Working for the County Library, they insane ones were/are the ones running the Libraries.... They are running the Library, Period.....
Insanity gets those of us who are sane and follow policy, follow chain of command, and WORK in trouble.....
Insanity get people fired & harassed for no fucking reason, other than their sickness....
Insanity protects insanity and allows the sane & righteous to be harassed, persecuted, retaliated against, sabotaged, & fed/sacrificed to the Monster/Demon/Trolls.......
The Library has gone to Hell......... and sadly no one gives a damn, except the sane.
I obviously left at a most fortuitous time.
