I suspect no one from SREL has read the plan, nor made any note of those areas already designated historical INCLUDING the trees nor made any attempt to apply for the Heritage paperwork required to proceed with their work...& since the railway bridges in the area (there are actually 8) date back to 1904..they are probably in no condition to either carry their current load of oil tankers nor deal with the potential of flooding from the proposed dam.
