Only two?
Years ago, when I was have a bad time; I began a nightly journal. I got an old weekly planner and every night before I went to bed, I wrote down 3-5 things I was grateful for during the day.
Even on a crappy day, I had my cats, chocolate, nice bed.......
Within 3 years not only did my "attitude" change, but my life, circumstances & prosperity did as well.
This is one of my favorite exercises to give a client, or just to share...
