About Me

My photo
For me it is All About Being of Service & Living the Life of the Give-Away....

Being Mindful of those who are unable to speak for themselves; our Non-Two Legged Relations and the Future Generations.

It's about walking on the Canka Luta Waste Behind the Cannunpa and the ceremonies.

It's about Mindfulness and Respect. It's about Honesty and owning up to my foibles.

Finally We Have Rain...................

that will hopefully end the several years of drought we have had...in addition the burn area of the Station Fire and others will be getting water. Hopefully enough to nourish the earth and what remains of the roots so that the Green Ones and Tall Standing Ones will come back to life and provide shelter, food & medicine for us & our non-two legged relatives.

I for one am so very grateful that the Wakiyan (Thunder Beings)are here and gifting us with the healing rain and snow cap that we are so desperately in need of.

One of the amazing things is how many actively ignorant (stoopid) people I have come across who are bitching about the rain....many of these are the same people who complain that we have water rationing and are not allowed to water their lawns, driveways, patios, and sidewalks!

Honestly....it's like people just don't seem to equate the lack of rain with the lack of snow and the inability to go up to Big Bear or Wrightwood and go skiing & snowboarding in the winter or fishing in the summer. Not to mention: No rain/snow, no grass, no grass, no bunnies, no bunnies, then no food for the cougars & coyotes who then decide that they need to come into our backyards in search of food (our small pets) and water. The number of brain-numb people walking around clueless out there is astounding.

So then I want to say: Wakiyan, pilamiya, pilamiayelo.... Waste, wastelo, wopila!
