State Dept + Enbridge= Illegal Pipeline Plan

This is really and truly crazy. The State Department just approved an illegal plan by pipeline company Enbridge that would double the amount of tar sands flowing through pipelines in the Great Lakes region.

Those lakes, by the way, hold 20% of the world's fresh water, which means you really, really don't want toxic tar sands getting in there.
