"We Forgive, We Do NOT Forget"

 








Like Queen Victoria said: "We Forgive, We Do NOT Forget".

But in all honesty, you have to be well out of the situation in order to "forgive".....  It still can not be happening to you on a day-to-day basis.    
Not to mention this isn't going to happen over-night.  I'm not going to forgive the "Enablers" in management or my boss for quite a long time and certainly not until after my last day.....

I realize they are all sick minded people & paralyzed w/ fear.... but you don't sacrifice your staff/best workers for an O.D.D. monster. 

When you have the available tools to rid yourself of the O.D.D. monster, then you use them and stop making excuses saying that it is the job of your higher-ups.  They can not do their job when the one they need the documentation from is not providing it nor following up.

So until the tormenters are hundreds of miles away and safely in the past: There Is No Forgiveness.
